Delay in finding a job causes delay in marriage

Both of you are in a same i.e teaching. If your fiancé makes a little effort and sets up a coaching center or school on an individual basis instead of teaching tuition, then, In Sha Allah success can be achieved in a short time. My advice is not only for him , but you should also consider it.
Both of you should work together to establish an educational institution on a small scale. Work with steadfastness, sincerity, devotion, and good intentions.

After Isha prayer, recite the following dua 101 times:
Pronunciation: Allahummagfirli Zambi wa was-si'-li fi daa ri wa barik li fi riz-qi
Recite the Durood Sharif 11 times before and the wazeefa with and blow on yourself and pray for blessings and prosperity in your career.
Continue this wazeefa at least forty days .
Recite the names of Allah یاحفیظ یا رزاق یا سلام (Ya Hafizu Ya Razaqu Ya Salam) with or withour ablution (وضو بے وضو) Give charity according to your ability.
Serve food to at least three deserving individuals every Thursday.
