wazeefa for
Phobia,  Fear and Anxiety

Question:

A few years ago, my brother was shopping with his friends when an explosion occurred. In that blast, several people lost their lives and many were injured. My brother also sustained a few scratches, but he was deeply traumatized by the incident.
Panic and chaos engulfed the area.  On that fateful day, my brother came face to face with death.  After that tragic incident, he remained deeply disturbed and troubled for several days.  His sleep was disrupted, We consulted psychologists to help him cope with the psychological trauma.  The therapy improved his mental state to some extent, but the fear that settled in his heart has not subsided yet.
Now, my brother gets scared while sleeping, and he often experiences terrifying nightmares. The fear-ridden brother gets extremely anxious during fireworks at weddings and celebrations.
Respected Waqar Azeemi Sahib,
I request you to pray for my brother and guide us with any  Wazeefa that can alleviate the fear and anxiety in his heart, so he can lead a normal life again.

Answer:

Various reasons can lead to fear and phobias. Being
affected by a traumatic event is also a significant cause of fear. Witnessing the loss of life or injuries in an accident can be deeply distressing and traumatic.
Individuals going through such experiences require
psychological support appropriate treatment and help from their family and friends.
One effective and powerful means to find relief from fear is remembering and reciting the names of Allah.
I have advised many individuals struggling with stress, tension, depression, anxiety and phobias on various methods and therapies.
Alhamdulillah, most of them benefited from these
recommendations and successfully regained control over their troubled minds and burdensome emotions.
Ask your brother to recite in morning and evening the
following verse from Surah At-Tawbah (Chapter 9), Ayah 40,

لَا تَحْزَنْ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ  مَعَنَا
"La tahzan, innallaha ma'ana"
(Do not grieve; indeed, Allah is with us),

along with the Durood Sharif eleven times before and after reciting the verse.
Blow on a tea spoon ful of honey and drink it.
Before sleeping, recite forty one time

[A`ūdhu bikalimāti ‘llāhit-tāmmāti  min ghaḍabihi wa sharri `ibādih, wa min hamazātish-shayāṭīni wa an yaḥḍurūn.]
(I seek refuge in the Perfect Words of Allah from His anger, from the evil of His slaves and from the whispers of devils when they come near)

along with reciting the Durood Sharif seven times before and after and blowing on himself.
While walking or moving around, frequently recite the names of Allah:
(
یاحی ، یاقیوم، یاقوی، یاعزیز)  Ya Hayyu, Ya Qayyum, Ya Qawi, Ya Aziz.
